Real Estate
Our investments to date have been focused on residential single family homes, vacation rental properties, multifamily properties, boutique hotels, marinas, commercial multi bay retail properties, warehouses, self-storage properties, and raw land.
Aviation
Aircraft trading– We have purchased for resale single and multi-engine piston aircraft, and turboprops. Our current focus is turboprops and light jets.
Pilot Services– We supply qualified pilots for single and multi-engine pistons, turboprops and light to heavy long range jets.
Aircraft Management– We supply aircraft management for private owners.
Financing
We offer private loans to qualified individuals. Our real estate loans typically require a valuation of a maximum of 50% loan to value.
Private Equity
We have made investments in a wide range of companies in sectors where we have expertise and experience. We typically are not involved in first round financing and first and foremost we believe in investing in proven strong management.
Distressed Debt
We will invest in distressed debt from banks relating to commercial property or businesses where we have in-house experience and expertise.
